Orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce Tracked direct from our manufacturer internationally, or, occasionally Royal Mail Signed For from UK. Shipping is FREE on all orders.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 working days after full payment. 
Orders are generally received within 4-6 weeks of order date, dependent on destination country. 
We ship from Asia therefore these are the timescales.
Please be aware of this before you order .
We do not ship to China or Thailand.
We do our part to ensure your package will arrive safely and very rarely encounter problems.
Please be aware of any customs issues in your country. We are not responsible for customs seizures or losses and no refunds will be given.
In the unlikely event that a return is requested, returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition within 30 days of purchase.
Returns /refunds will be processed by us within 5 days once the returned item has been received.
A suitable replacement will be provided for wrong sizes ordered -these are not refundable.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
Returns are only accepted for incorrect order received or damaged shirts.

As of 16th September 2019 Aztec Retro will not be accepting any further business.

All outstanding orders will be fulfilled. You can still log in to check the status of your order.

Recent customs issues are being addressed in a meeting this Wednesday (18th) after which delayed orders will be released for delivery.
