FAQ


The shirt I want is out of stock in my size. When will you be getting more in?
We make full production runs of each design. Once a size is sold out that's it. 
However we do re-release all our designs periodically - depending on demand.

We advise you to subscribe to our mailing list to receive all release information and be prepared to order promptly on day of release.
These shirts are in high demand, order early to avoid disappointment

 

Do you take pre-orders or reservations?
No we can't due this due to demand sorry.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship all orders within 4 working days from purchase date. During busy periods please be aware there may be slight delays.

It has been days since I placed my order but is still says "Processing". When will it be posted?
This is normal, it will have been posted, but the system will stay like this until the information is updated.

How can I track my order?
We send via DHL eCommerce direct from our manufacturer. You will receive a notification email when we have confirmation that your order has been shipped. We hold receipts with tracking details for reference in case of any problem.

Please note tracking numbers can take a week or so to come back to us, during which time your order will already be on the way. Sometimes they do take a day or two to appear on the online DHL system after we issue them to you.

We do not have the dedicated departments a large company like Amazon has so please be patient with us.

If we have provided you with tracking information, please do not email us asking us to look into its whereabouts or when it will be delivered, unless 28 business days have passed since postage date. We have no inside information on the postal system other than what is given online. Delivery timescales are outlined on our website.

The tracking number you sent me doesn’t work
Please check the DHL eCommerce Asia site https://dhlecommerce.asia/Portal/Track

Do not be alarmed if the tracking number is not found on the international DHL eCommerce site, it can take a few days for the DHL eCommerce system to be updated, by which time the package will be well on its way to you. DHL Customer support will not be able to help until the tracking number is showing results.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally received within 10-14 working days of dispatch date, dependent on which country you are in. Please allow up to 28 working days before an item is considered lost and we will refund or replace.

Will I have to pay a customs charge?
No, we label each customs slip accordingly, so your package will not incur customs charges.

I have just ordered a shirt. I bought this as a gift and I need it for a certain date.
We have a standard dispatch and shipping time which is applicable for all orders. Unfortunately we are unable to prioritize orders. The faster shipping option available is Express (4-5 days), and quotes for this are around £40 GBP per package, which is not feasible.

We cannot be held responsible for late delivery of items bought as gifts.

I cannot login with my registered details
Please note logins are case sensitive - this is often the issue for failed logins - please double check you have entered as registered. Otherwise please email us and we can assist.

Why haven't you replied to my email/question?
We get a lot of emails with questions about shirts. Considering the amount of football teams, all their different shirts, and the amount supporters combined - it gives you an idea of the volume of emails we receive. We do not have the resources to answer them all and we must deal with order related inquiries as a priority. 

This one reason we have a mailing list, so everyone can be kept up to date with upcoming stock.

Apologies we sometimes we miss emails in busy periods or they mistakenly go to spam folder.
If, after 3 days we have not replied, please resend.
We are a very small team of people so we appreciate your patience.

I will be unable to get online when you release the ----- shirt. Can I reserve/buy one now, or could you hold one for me?
Sorry we cannot so this. If you know the release date please arrange for a friend to buy on your behalf.

Would it be possible to make a custom or wholesale order?
Sorry this is not currently possible.

 We do our best to help on any order related issue.
